Department of commerce (SF) and Entrepreneurship Development club organised a cake baking workshop for students. The speaker of the session was Elza Maria George of I B.com Finance & Taxation A Commercial Baker. Elza Maria George had started the session by providing basic knowledge about baking and about how anyone with passion can start baking. She also mentioned the baking essentials and also shared some basic baking tips.

Elza Maria George discussed on how to to commercialise a small business. It included tips such as:

• Choose a simple name and logo, which should be easy to remember.
• FSSAI registration would have to taken.

She also shared the recipe and tutorial vedio on how to make an EGGLESS GERMAN CAKE .
