EXPERT TALK ON NUTMEG PROCESSING

 

The Department of Food Processing Technology conducted a webinar based on an interesting topic ‘Nutmeg Processing’ on September 17, 2021. The speaker of the session was Ms. Elizabeth Joseph, Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science, Kerala Agricultural University.

The session focused on value addition can be brought about in nutmeg processing, the reasons for wastage involved and how it can be effectively prevented.
