Two day training program on bakery and confectionery products

The alumni of our department, Aparna Shankar and Akshaya Vivek conducted a training on bakery and confectionery products for 1st year students on 30th September and 1st October. They gave hands on training on the preparation of cookies and cakes which helped the students learn and understand different methods of mixing and the presentation of baked products.
