A National seminar on the topic “Safe Food Better Health” was conducted by the Department Of Food Processing Technology on 16th February 2023 in the Seminar hall, Arts Block. The programme was inaugurated by the honourable MLA Shri. T J Vinod. Ms Shamsiya M.N (Food Safety officer, Kalamassery) and Dr. Mamatha Mishra (Founder, Health First Services) served as the resource persons. During this seminar the fifth edition of “ ESSENZA” the annual newsletter of the department was released by Dr. Alphonsa Vijaya Joseph (Principal, St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam)
