“Entrepreneurship is not a part-time job and it’s not even a full-time job, it’s a lifestyle.” The Mother Teresa of St.Rose of Lima Memorial National seminar ‘Passion meets Business’, perspectives on entrepreneurship, was organized by the Department of Management Studies of St Teresa’s College, Kochi.

The first guest of our seminar Mr. Rakesh and Ms. Vidhya K S the director of Svojas farms and the Principal of the college was seated on the stage. The official ceremony started around ‘mention time’ at the Seminar Hall of the college followed by the welcome address by Dr. Alphonsa Vijaya Joseph, followed by the keynote address by Mr. Rakesh as he talked about a healthy food culture as their company focuses on sourcing naturally grown. In his speech, he added the struggles they faced and the fun they had building the company. Ms. Vidhya’s interactive session further enhanced the event.

Afterward, our next guest, Ms. Nisha Sudeep John, is the Neltume Consulting PVT director. LTD. graced the event with her presence and her inspiring story.

Subsequently, the event was elevated by Dr. Anu George founder of Aroma of Nature through a light-hearted life story that made many revelations clear to us.

As a result, we reached the end of the seminar with our last guest and the youngest speaker of the day, Mr. K G Ninan, the founder of Tuf foods. Encouraged the students to think differently and never to stop trying. There was a special event for the students with entrepreneurial ventures and were honored with a certificate given by Mr. Ninan and Dr. Anu George. With this, the seminar concluded successfully.
