The Department of History organised a session about healthy and hygienic lifestyle for the PG 2nd year and UG 3rd year students of Department of History, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. All students were gathered to attend a session titled “ in pursuit of wellness: keys to a healthy and hygienic lifestyle.The session was taken by our distinguished guest, Retd. Lt. Col. Lalitha B K, a seasoned Nursing officer and nursing oncologist.
