The Department of Fashion Designing, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous) organized an Essay Writing Competition as part of ‘World Environment Day. The topic was ‘Sustainable Fashion’. The concepts to be elaborated were the key aspects of sustainable fashion and a description of a sustainable product or design that the student would develop, as a fashion designer.
World Environment Day Essay Competition was conducted on June 5th, 2021. Lisieux France (I Master’s Programme in Fashion Designing) secured the first position. Sanjana Santhosh (I Master’s Programme in Fashion Designing) and Jemimah Mary Anil (I PG Diploma in Fashion Designing) secured second and third positions respectively.
