Epiphany is a very popular tradition in France and it is celebrated every year on the Ist Sunday of January. It commemorates the visit of three wise men to baby Jesus. The traditional cake “Galette des Rois” with a small porcelain figure “feve” hidden inside it is cut. The person who receives the feve becomes the king or the queen for the day. So this year’s queen of the day was Amina of Ist year who was crowned by last year’s queen Rhea of II year French.Rhea Miriam Varghese of the II year French and the new foreign faculty  Ms. Graziella Laurito gave a brief description about Epipahny celebration in France.
