On the 21st of February 2024, a transformative event took place as four students and one faculty member from the Department of Economics and the Centre for Research engaged in a collaborative exchange with Mr Hibi Eden, the current Member of Parliament. This exchange served as a platform for the students to not only gauge the impact of governmental projects but also to voice their concerns and suggestions regarding pertinent issues within the city. The participants of this exchange included Snehamika CV (1st BA Economics), Arathy Krishna (2nd BA Economics), Amala Anil (3rd BA Economics), Nooha Parveen (First  year integrated economics), and Ms. Sefi George (Faculty).
