The Department initiated the activities of the academic year with the Green Month initiative starting June 6th, 2022. In the first of the series of activities, the students – Green Warriors, took the message of “Only One Earth” to the different departments and to the neighboring community. The students went on an awareness campaign highlighting the need and sale of non-plastic alternatives to carry bags, the need to take public transport and vehicle pools, and other earth-friendly initiatives. The campaign was well received by the different departments, the general public, and the shops and establishments in Convent Junction and Broadway, our closest neighbors.
