A cloth-bag making competition was conducted for the Kudumbasree units of all the wards of Mulavukad Panchayat as a part of Swacchata Hi Seva Campaign. Used clothes were collected from households to make the bags. The unit that makes the most number of cloth bags and the concerened ward member was given a cash award of Rs. 5000/- each. Ward number 4 Keraleswaram bagged the first prize in the competition.
