In a proactive effort to bolster its students’ higher education endeavours, the Department of Computer Applications at St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), Ernakulam, has introduced a dedicated Helpdesk initiative within its Department Consultancy Programme. This crucial endeavor aims to provide valuable assistance to eligible students applying for government scholarships in various categories.
The initiative has received enthusiastic support from the Second year B.Sc. Computer Applications [Triple Main] program students. The Helpdesk services are readily available to students on weekdays, operating specifically from 12:45 to 2:30 pm. To ensure a seamless and efficient application experience, the Helpdesk team has effectively utilized the college’s computer lab facilities.
