A one day seminar on “Food Adulteration “was organized by B.Voc Food Processing Technology and Department of Home Science in association with AFST(I) Kochi chapter, NSI and Food Quality Laboratory, Kochi on January 23rd 2018.  The progamme was inaugurated by District Collector, Sri.K.Muhammed Y Safirulla.Demonstation tests were conducted by FQL for identifying different adulterants in food.
