A wonderful session for BA French students with an exceptional yoga instructor: Bila Bose.
Bila Bose is a Department of French alumnae.
She conducted a session to coach students on both mind and body well being focus. A year in College can bring stress to students, especially during exams periods. In order to relax and concentrate, Bila explained how to meditate, do some streching and some beginners poses, such as Vrikshasana or Tree Pose.
