On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the English Association organized a Natya Yoga workshop conducted by department alumna Varsha Venugopal. Natya Yoga integrates dance with traditional yogic practices, establishing an amalgamation of movement and spirituality. Participants engaged in fluid movements and breath-focused postures, fostering a meditative state of mind. Miss. Varsha emphasized the importance of breath awareness and the transformative potential of yoga, promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, emotional equilibrium, and spiritual connectivity. The event aimed to highlight the profound benefits of yoga and its capacity to cultivate a healthier and more unified community, thereby leaving a lasting impact on all participants.
