In commemoration of World Mental Health Day, the Department of Psychology, in collaboration with Aster Medcity, organized a mental health awareness session on October 10th, 2024 for the students of Psychology Department. The event began with an engaging psychology game conducted by the students, where the PG 1st-year batch emerged as winners. The session was led by Dr. Aishwarya S. Mohan, a renowned psychiatrist from Aster Medcity, Kochi, who addressed stigmas surrounding mental health care and shared real-life case examples. The program concluded with a beneficial Q&A session with students, enhancing their understanding of mental health challenges.
