The Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics in collaboration with the Department of Women and Child Development, ICDS Edapally, organized a Flash Mob and Skit event as part of the World Breastfeeding Week 2024 celebrations. This event took place at PHC Kakkanad on August 14, 2024, at 11:30 am. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of breastfeeding and educate the community on proper breastfeeding practices. Through the dynamic combination of a flash mob and skit, the participants highlighted the health benefits of breastfeeding for both mothers and infants and addressed common misconceptions surrounding it.
