On October 1, 2024, a workshop on Resume Building, Interview Preparation, and Group Discussion (GD) was conducted at St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. This workshop, organized by the Career Guidance Cell, was a collaboration with the Departments of Chemistry, Sociology, Home Science, Mathematics, and Statistics. The resource person for the session was Mr. Sanjith G K, the Chief Mentor of IMS Kerala, a prominent career coaching center known for its expertise in preparing students for competitive exams and placement activities.

The students were highly engaged throughout the session, participating actively in discussions. The interactive nature of the workshop encouraged them to share their thoughts and concerns, enabling the resource person to provide personalized guidance. Several students asked questions related to their specific challenges, and Mr. Sanjith offered valuable advice tailored to individual needs. 79 students from different departments attended the workshop.
