A one day workshop was conducted by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics on Python Programming as a part of Prof. N Dharmambal memorial Lecture series. An introduction to the session was given by the student coordinator. The resource person Mr. Deepak E. S. taught the foundations of Python programming. The students were given hands-on training in Python. He mentioned the features of Python which makes it stand out from other languages.

The students were familiarized with the Python language . The workshop inspired us to learn more about the language.
