The Department of Chemistry, in association with Expressions India Society organized an Interactive Workshop on Career Prospects in Industry on 29 July 2019. The knowledge partner of the event was Biocon Academy, Bangalore. The workshop was for PG students of Chemistry, Biochemistry and Pharmacy. Smt. Bindu Ajit, Program Director and Mr. S S Easwaran, Senior Academic Dean from Biocon Academy briefed about the programms offered in Biocon Academy which enables the students to be ready for absorption into Industry. 117 students from various colleges like T M Jacob Memorial Govt. College Manimalakkunnu; SB College, Changananssery; Morning Star Home Science College, Angamaly and  St. Teresa’s College attended the event. After the presentation by the resource persons, there was an interactive session where the participants interacted with the resource persons.
