The Department of Zoology and Botany, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam jointly  organized a Webinar series providing Online Coaching classes  for Life Science students  for cracking upcoming competitive examinations namely CSIR – UGC National Eligibility tests from 12^th – 23^rd May 2020. The Classes were dealt by eminent academicians from reputed Institutions. The seminar was inaugurated by Rev. Sr. Dr. Vinitha CSST, Director, St.Teresa’s College. Dr. Lissy Mathew, Principal, St. Teresa’s College, delivered the presidential address. Dr. Meera Jan Abraham, Head, Department of Zoology and Dr. Alphonsa Vijaya Joseph, Head, Department of Botany, also spoke on the occasion. The  inaugural sessions were dealt by Mr. Alen Alex, Assistant professor, Department of Botany, Government Victoria College, Palakkad and Smt. Prasanna B. Department of Botany,Government College, Kottayam which emphasized the guidelines to follow during the CSIR – UGC NET preparations.  Further sessions addressed relevant subject matter included in the CSIR – UGC NET syllabus. All the sessions included evoked interest among the Students and instilled a deeper understanding about the various aspects of competitive exam preparations.
