Chief Guest: Ms. Maria Celita, Business Analyst at Tech Mahindra Chennai , Alumni of PGDM-BA 2018-20 batch

As a part of placement training,  an interactive session with Ms. Maria Celita, Batch of PGDM-BA 2018-20 alumni of the department of management studies was conducted on 4th September 2021. The session started at 7.00 pm under the guidance of the trainer Mr. Dipu Jojo. In the session, Ms. Maria Celita described her journey from the PGDM Business Analytics programme to her current position as a Business Analyst. It was really an eye-opener to the students of the PGDM-BA 2020-22 batch. She shared her interview experiences, interview processes, how she succeeded in each phase, etc. . It was really helpful for the students to get a clear idea about what they need to prepare for the interviews. She also talked about the importance of Linkedin profiles, Internships, and certification courses towards placement. Also, she gave a vague idea of the processes behind the recruitments and the interviews. She discussed what to do to improve their communication skills through her virtual interview call experiences. She had also given precise answers to the questions asked from students part during QnA. Overall the session was informative and it helped a lot to motivate the new aspirants in their journey. The enthusiastic session was concluded at 9.00 pm with a vote of thanks.
