The VSET Placement Training Program for Soft Skills and Personality Development was
organized by BCA(Cloud Technology & Information Security Management), spanning from
June 30th to August 27th, 2025. With active participation from 36 final year students of BCA
the program aimed to equip them with essential skills for successful placement interviews.
Mr. Dipu Jojo, the trainer and Founder of Beyond Classroom, brought over 15 years of
communication expertise to the program, focusing on core discussions and personal interview
skills. The students engaged in various events including group discussions, CV writing, video
CV creation, mock interviews, and more.
Noteworthy highlights of the program included hands-on practice in group discussions,
finetuning communication skills, personalized resume guidance, and learning smart job-search
techniques. Throughout the sessions, news posting kept participants informed and engaged.
The Placement Training Program received positive feedback from students, emphasizing its
effectiveness in preparing them for successful careers. Overall, the program successfully
blended technical and soft skills, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical
