The VSET Placement Training Program for Soft Skills and Personality Development was organized by BCA(Cloud Technology & Information Security Management), spanning from July 05th to October 1st, 2023. With active participation from 34 final year students of BCA the program aimed to equip them with essential skills for successful placement interviews.

Mr. Dipu Jojo, the trainer and Founder of Beyond Classroom, brought over 15 years of communication expertise to the program, focusing on core discussions and personal interview skills. The students engaged in various events including group discussions, CV writing, video CV creation, mock interviews, and more.

Noteworthy highlights of the program included hands-on practice in group discussions, fine-tuning communication skills, personalized resume guidance, and learning smart job-search techniques.
