The Teresian Skill Enhancement initiative called Victory through Skill Enhancement Training (V SET) jointly organized by The Department of Management Studies and  BCA (Cloud Technology and Information Security Management) came to a close on October 26,2019. The intensive placement training for the outgoing batch of students of these departments, concluded with a One-day Mock placement drive, which involved simulating the real placement scenario complete with Aptitude test, Group Discussions and grilling Personal Interviews.

The Mock Placement Drive attended by a total of 46 students, started off with elimination rounds comprising a written Aptitude test, followed by a series of Group Discussions. The top 12 performers were selected for the final Personal Interview round. Mr. Dipu Jojo -The trainer, Ms. Linda Luiz Therese from the Dept. of Sociology and Ms Tania Thomas from the Dept of Psychology were the panelists for the PI round.

The day concluded with the felicitation of the Winners of the Mock Placement Drive by Director, Rev. Dr. Sister Vinitha and our Principal, Dr. Sajimol Augustine. Ms. Zainab Adam of BMS-IB was announced the winner, with Ms. Emiya Aruja of BMS-IB and Ms. Parvathy Meghanath of PGDM-BA in second and third places respectively. The winners were presented with trophies and certificates for their hard earned efforts.

The Mock Placement Drive was a push for the students to understand, acknowledge and play up their strengths in order to leap ahead with ease and confidence in their corporate aspirations.
