The Teresian Ulterior Faculty Fitness programme, a collaborative effort between the Department of Economics and Centre for Research, and the Department of Bharatanatyam, is a pioneering initiative designed to prioritize the well-being of faculty members. This interdisciplinary training programme seeks to instil the significance of maintaining a healthy mind and body, providing comprehensive mechanisms to nourish both physical and mental well-being.
Conducted weekly at the Department of Bharatanatyam, the sessions occur every week from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., ensuring accessibility for the faculty. In September, the programme was successfully conducted twice, with each session tailored to cater to the holistic health of participants.
