On February 17, 2024, the chemistry students from UG 2021-24 batch conducted a workshop for the members of Kumdumbhashree, where they imparted knowledge on soap and detergent making. Not only did they address all the queries raised by the participants, but they also provided insights into the historical, economic, and social aspects of soap and detergent production. The students emphasized the significance of manufacturing soap, detergent, and other hygiene products in the current context. They highlighted that by engaging in soap making, these individuals have the potential to achieve success and contribute to their overall well-being.
