The Department of Psychology conducted the 3rd talk of the TAP TALK SERIES on 31st August 2019. The talk was conducted by Mr Nishad Kareem, Vice President, HR, Nest Software Solutions on the topic “Leadership in Organizations”. The talk was conducted for the 3rd DC students of Psychology.
Profile of Speaker : Mr Nishad Kareem is a post graduate with 26 years of corporate experience across 4 different industries of Hospitality, Telecom, BPO and Software. He has handled different portfolios like Sales and Marketing Customer Service, Corporate Relations, BPO Head, HR Business Partner and HR roles in leading companies. Mr Nishad has a pan India work experience and also did a short stint in the Middle East. Along side Mr Nishad also engages sessions for students in XIME, and other B- Schools.
