Ms. Aathira Harikrishnan was granted a two weeks Internship at CDC Medical College, Trivandrum from 12.6.2017 to 23.6.2017.

- II. M. Sc Child Development students visited Ashabhavan, Rehabilitation Centre near Cochin University on 14.7.2017
- II. M. Sc Child Development students organised extension programme cum TROP at Government girls high school on 19.7.2017
- II. M. Sc Child Development students attended a seminar on ‘Applied Health Psychology’ on 25.8.2017
- II. M. Sc Child Development students participated in a one week internship at Vivekananda Institute of Management, Mysore from 10 to 16.9.2017 and another week at an anganwadi at Vazhapura from 25.9.2017 onwards
- Ms. Anna Mariam Raj and Ms. Akshaya. E of I. M. Sc Child Development participated in Poster designing compeition as part of the ozone day celebrations 2017 conducted by Physics Department, Maharaja’s college.
- I. M. Sc Child Development students visited Pratheeksha Child Development Centre, Kusumagiri Hospital, Alpha Rehabilitation Centre, Adarsh School – Kureekad, Punarjani – autistic centre during their first semester of study.
- I. M. Sc Child Development students participated in a one day seminar on SPARSH organised in connection with the World cerebral palsy day organised by Alpha Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centre, Pathadipalam.
- II M. Sc students along with Dr. N. Dhanya participated in a one day National Conference on Early Childhood Education at Raddison Blue Hotel, Palarivattom on 28.10.2017
