Statewise Assignment allows students to explore India’s diverse states, delving into unique cultural, historical, geographical, and economic aspects. The 3rd UG, 1st MFD,2nd MFD, and 2nd PG Diploma students participated in the Statewise assignment. Through research and presentations, students will gain a deeper understanding of each state’s contributions to the nation’s identity. This project fosters collaborative learning, encouraging students to analyze the states’ significance in India’s unity in diversity.
They set up an ambiance in a given space to represent the geographic conditions of the state and presented the traditional dances, costumes, cuisine, textiles, handicrafts, occupations, etc. The states allotted were: Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, West Bengal, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu.
