The students of II PG Diploma in Fashion Designing presented the Statewise Assignment on 11th October 2023. The students worked in one group to do a detailed study about the lifestyle, arts and crafts, culture, customs and costumes of the people of different states of India. They set up an ambience in a given space to represent the geographic conditions of the state and presented the traditional dances, costumes, cuisine, textiles, handicrafts, occupations, etc. The state allotted: KASHMIR. Students gained knowledge about the lifestyle, arts and crafts, customs and traditions of Kashmir. It also helped to develop their coordination skills and how to work in a group.
