St.Teresas Community College holds talk on Menstrual Hygiene on 27/08/2019 in collaboration with The Centre for Health Research and Development along with the Department of Communicative English. The campaign was led by the Keynote speaker for the occasion was CHRD Vice President Mr.Jinoj K. During the speech, he shed light on the importance of selecting the right sanitary napkin and its usage and disposal. He said napkins should be selected, not only keeping in mind comfort, but also the health aspect. He mentioned how while selecting a sanitary napkin one has to consider many factors like the absorptive quality, breathability and softness of the material. An interactive session on PCOD was also organized which was led by Dr.Suganya Venkat .
