In collaboration with the Mulavukad Panchayath Committee, a medical camp was held
on 03.09.2024 at Bolgatty Palace. Students from the Department of Mathematics and
Statistics along with the department of Home science of St. Teresa’s College
participated as volunteers, assisting the doctors throughout the event. The program
commenced with an inaugural ceremony led by the Honourable MP, Mr. Hibi Eden,
along with other esteemed ministers. Some students were assigned to handle
registrations, while others assisted in various volunteering duties. The activity was fully
handled exceptionally.The volunteers helped to serve 78 patients, and also assisted all
the patients by guiding them to the respective doctors and doing the needful throughout
the program and gained valuable experience from their participation.
