The Department of Psychology, St. Teresa’s College (Autonomous), in collaboration with the Career Guidance Cell, conducted a Mini Workshop on Soft Skills Development on December 17, 2024. The session, attended by 80 PG first-year and UG final-year students, was led by Ms. Ami Venki, a certified soft skills trainer from the National Institute of Education and Training. Through real-life examples and an engaging PowerPoint presentation, she provided valuable insights into essential soft skills and effective interview preparation. The workshop equipped students with practical strategies to enhance their employability, making it a highly beneficial learning experience.
