Prof. Richard J. Cohen and Prof. Mehr Farooqui along with a group of students from the University of Virginia- US, visited St. Teresa’s College on 4 January 2019, to participate in an interactive session with students of the department of English. The interaction was on the topic “Education, Gender and Globalisation”. Apart from the discussion, a creative presentation incorporating various art forms was performed by the undergraduate students of the department. This is the second consecutive year that the team from Virginia has visited St. Teresa’s College.  Last year the professors and students had interacted with the faculty and PG students of the department of English on the topic ‘”Indian Culture and Mythology”.  The programme organised by the department of English in collaboration with Teresian International, the International wing of the College.
