A Seminar on“Menopause and related issues” by Smt. Dora Dominic, Assistant Professor, Department of Sociology, St.Teresa’s College, was organised for the parent community of St. Ambrose LP school, Edavanakkadu.The main objectives of the programme was

• To educate the group on the role of nutrition in healthy living
• To make them aware of the menopause and its related issues faced by women
• To give awareness on healthy diet to alleviate/ prevent the negative effects of menopause.
