A collaborative session on Emotional Wellbeing was organized on 25th June 2025 by the Departments of Psychology and Food Processing Technology. The session was facilitated by Mr. Alen B Lal, a qualified psychologist and expert in mental health promotion. The talk focused on understanding the importance of emotional well-being, identifying stress triggers, and managing academic and personal stress effectively. Mr. Alen B Lal engaged the students in interactive discussions and shared practical strategies to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. The session also addressed stigma around mental health and encouraged students to seek help when needed. Real-life examples, coping techniques, and mindfulness strategies were highlighted to help students build a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
