The freshers day for first year UG and PG had happened with a theme of ‘SECRETS DÉVOILÉS The Masquerade Ball’ on 14th July 2023 from 11.30 to 3.00 pm at room no. 74 and 75 of Department of Mathematics and Statistics. It was compulsory that all the freshers must dress up according to the theme. The program had various cultural events by seniors  , games for freshers and we had given random chances for the freshers to do cultural programs. We gave them  spiral pads and pens as gifts . We had given samosas for the whole department as refreshments. Miss Fresher and Best Dressed with confidence was selected at the end of the program. We also had a half an hour jamming session.
