The Zoology Association, along with Directorate of Field Publicity, Govt. of India , Rotary Club Cochin South organized an Intercollegiate Quiz competition on the topic ‘Wildlife and Environment’ for the UG/PG students, on 19th July 2017. Students from over 15 colleges participated in the quiz. A preliminary round was conducted and from this six teams were qualified for the final round. The quiz master for the event was P P Ajimon. The first prize was secured by Emil Xavier and Keerthy S Nair of School of Environmental Sciences, M. G. University, Kottayam, Anushree C and Abhilash K V of CUSAT won the second prize.,the third place was secured by Athira Menon T of 2 nd DC zoology and Liz B Moylan of 3 rd Dc zoology of St. Teresas College (Autonomus), Ernakulam. The winners were awarded, Rev. Sr. Rosalind Memorial Ever Rolling Trophy and cash price.
