The Department of Mathematics and Statistics conducted an orientation programme titled Research Ventures – Orientation Programme on Project Preparation on 5th June 2025 for second- and third-year undergraduate Mathematics students. Led by research scholar Ms. Ann Mary Teena, the session introduced the basics of research methodology and project preparation. Topics included identifying research problems, setting objectives, conducting literature reviews, and selecting methodologies. The session enhanced students’ understanding of academic research and encouraged a structured approach to project work. A total of 98 students benefited from the session.
