On the 22.09.25, the French Department was lucky to organize a special online session with M. Thomas Chaumont from Institut Français.

Held for the BA2, BA3, PG I & II of the French Department, the session presented the Assistant d’Anglais programme: a great opportunity for the Indian students to live and gain experience in France as an English lecturer.

M. Thomas Chaumont works for Institut Français, a French cultural institution whose goal is to connect India and France. M. Chaumont gave many useful information about the programme of assistant d’anglais. The students showed great interest and we are happy to see some of them considering taking the leap next year.
