The Department of Economics of  Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Department of Economics of St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam, organized a Regional Level Symposium on Union Budget 2024. This event took place on 26th February from 11:30 AM to 1:10 PM. The symposium aimed to analyze and discuss the Union Budget 2024 from various perspectives and included student presentations as a key feature.

The highlight of the symposium was the inclusion of student presentations, which added a unique and dynamic dimension to the event. Students from both institutions showcased their research, insights, and analysis on different aspects of the Union Budget 2024. These presentations covered a wide range of topics, including fiscal policy, sectoral analysis, social welfare programs, taxation, and economic reforms.
