Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria shall be in accordance with the latest regulations of the the UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations, 2018, and UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) (4th Amendment) Regulations, 2024. Government of Kerala norms, and M.G. University Statutes.
Age Limit
General (Open Category): 22-50 years (02/01/1975-01/01/2003) both dates included.
– OBC: 3 years relaxation.
– SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
– PwD: As per government norms.

Submission of Application
After filling in the application form, candidates must submit the hard copy along with the fee receipt and relevant documents to the college office within 30 days from the date of this notification.
Documents to be Submitted
Please submit self-attested copies of the following:
- Hard copy of the filled-in application form along with the fee receipt.
b. Copy of NET with JRF/NET Certificate.
c. Copies of Graduation Certificate and consolidated mark sheet.
d. Copies of Post-Graduation Certificate and consolidated mark sheet.
e. Copies of certificates of M.Phil., Ph.D., Post-Doctoral qualifications, and any other relevant qualifications (if applicable).
f. Copies of SET/SLET certificates (if applicable).
g. Copy of valid Caste/Community Certificate (if applicable).
h. Copy of valid Disability Certificate from competent authorities for candidates applying under PwD Category - Copy of Class 10mark sheet/book (for proof of age).
j. Copies of journal/conference proceedings publications, proof of books/chapters published, proof of patents filed/published, or any other documents related to IPR.
k. Copies of experience certificates from Higher Education/ research instituitions Institutions approved by the Government.
l. Copies of awards received at:
- International/National Level (Awards given by International Organizations, Government of India, or Government of India-recognized National Level Bodies).
- State Level (Awards given by the State Government).
