A dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator Ms. Bindu John has over 15 years of teaching experience in the post graduate level. She has done her Masters in Psychology from Nagpur University and her graduation from Union Christian College, Aluva. She also holds a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences from M.G. University. An AIMA Accredited Management Teacher in Human Resource Management, she worked as Asst. Professor (OB & HR) in Saintgits Institute of Management, Kottayam and ICFAI, Pathanamthitta. With superior interpersonal and communication skills she is also an accomplished soft skill trainer and her areas of interest include organizational psychology, motivational language, communication and job engagement. Bindu John did her basic schooling from Dubai, U.A.E and hails from Tiruvalla Pathanamathitta. An avid reader of fiction and crime thrillers she also dabbles with art and craft during her leisure hours.

Mrs. Jisha Sekhar brings to the table an overall of seven years of academic as well as industrial experience. She holds an MBA from Anna University with a specialization in HR and Marketing. She did her graduation in Zoology. Mrs. Jisha Sekhar started her career at ICFAI University as Management Faculty. She later joined the industry to work with Kuwait National Petroleum Company as an Administrative Assistant. She returned to the academic world and worked as an Assistant Professor in a B-School for a prominent engineering college in Pathanamthitta.  An avid researcher, Mrs. Jisha has a number of publications to her credit from reputed journals. She has also presented papers in State and National Level Seminars. With her diverse academic experience, Mrs. Jisha Sekhar engages the Physiology papers as well as the Organizational Behavior papers in the department.

Ms. Bhavana P Sanoj is a UGC- NET and GATE qualified faculty, with a Post-Graduation from Central University of Karnataka. She has sspecialised in Clinical And Counselling Psychology. She did her graduation in Psychology from Kuriakose Elias College, Mannanam. An avid researcher she has published a paper on “Relationship Between Attitude Towards Homosexuality And Sex Education” in Psychology: Research Innovation In Young Minds. She is also certified in ‘Management of Learning Disabilities’ from Mahatma Gandhi University and has multiple internship experiences in clinical settings. Her core areas of interest are Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology, Counselling and Child psychology.

Ms. Annleena Anil is a Post Graduate in Psychology from Rajagiri Centre for Behavioral Sciences and Research’ (RCBSR), Ernakulam. She completed her graduation in Psychology from Prajyoti  Nikethan College Pudukad , Thrissur. Ms. Annleena Anil is certified in Psychological First Aid from John Hopkins University and in Basic Indian Sign Language from Helping Hands VRIS for Deaf. Her core areas of interest include Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, Counselling Psychology And Research Methodology.

Ms. Ann Joseph is a post- graduate in Applied Psychology from PSG College of Arts & Science and has completed her graduation from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences. She is ambitious and hardworking, and has published a paper on ‘Perceived Discrimination, Anxiety and Alcohol Use among Homosexual, Bisexual and Transgender Communities’ in 2020. Furthermore, she has completed certificate courses in Understanding Violence, Schizophrenia, Psychodiagnostics and Psychological Assessment, Introduction to Psychology, Law, and Basics in Indian Sign Language from renowned institutions like Yale University, University of Geneva, Emory University and others. Her core area of interests includes Clinical Psychology, Research Methodology and Counselling Psychology

Ms. Anjitha Venugopal is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the Department of Psychology, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. She completed her Masters from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Ernakulam and graduation from M.E.S College, Marampally, Ernakulam. She holds a specialization in Clinical Psychology and has concurrent clinical training experience. Ms. Anjitha has been on the organizing committees of several seminars, webinars and other co-curricular events during her academics. She also has attended several workshops and seminars and volunteered in projects.  Her key focus areas are Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Psychology and Social Psychology.

 

Ms. Malavika Jaisankar

A Post Graduate in Psychology from Rajagiri College of Social Sciences, Ms. Malavika Jaisankar completed her graduation from Women’s Christian College, Chennai. Ms. Malavika has multiple internship experiences in clinical settings, child development centers, and organisational settings. She is also a Life Skill trainer for school children. Her core areas of interest include Clinical Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, and Research Methodology. As a trained dancer, Ms Malavika has also won several State level prizes in classical dance.
