As part of National Statistics Day, a power point presentation competition was held on 28th June 2020, on the topic “The Applications of Statistics”. A panel of judges verified and adjudged the online presentation by students on Google Meet. A total of 10 entries, explaining the Statistical tools and methods used in different fields of Science, were received from the department.

Outcome of the activity:

The students were encouraged to research more in the field of Statistics and to learn many Statistical concepts .
