The Last Day of the Induction program of PGDM-BA of the Department of Management Studies was held on 22nd October 2020 at 10.00 am. That was a remarkable moment for all the students. The Program started with a Hearty welcome speech by Praseetha MS, Assistant professor and Class Teacher of the first-year PGDM -BA. The First Session was about softSkills and Hard Skills by the Chief Guest _Mr Arun Nair CMD and Chief Mentor, Parivartan Corporate Training Academy_. Mr. Arun Was engaged with newly admitted PG students and interact with them about the Skills through examples. As a mentor, his session was a warm-up to all students and they can easily grasp through the examples related to riding a Cycle. The second session was an activity for all the students to give a 1-minute self-introduction in the funniest way. After the session, they ranked the students out of 10 with the help of Mr. Arun’s colleagues  Ms. Riswi and Ms. Indu, and the class teacher, Ms.Praseetha M.S.The winners of the session were _Brinla, Amal, Jayasree, and Fathima_. The second activity was a group discussion of three teams with 6 members and a mentor. And the activity was to discuss Career soft skills to enhance. This activity was also graded by our mentors and Team 3 was the winner. The Final Session was about the Real Skills that we definitely needed to be a worker in a reputed Firm.

Overall, the last day of the induction program was really a good experience for the students and also informative. The program ended by the vote of thanks of 1st-year pg student Ms.Henna Basheer
