The workshop on team building by Mr.Arun Nair was very informative. He contributed to preparing first-year students of BMS IB 2022-2025 and PGDM BA 2022-2024 Batches for future obstacles to face as Business Aspirants. Sir educated them on perfecting minute details to leave a lasting impression on everyone that our students meet. He helped in understanding the importance of non-verbal communication and modulation of one’s character according to different situations in life, encouraging them to put teamwork skills into action.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The activities given by sir helped students to learn different aspects of dealing with a situation as a team, learning time management, and leadership qualities, and to learn and use each teammate’s talents for better productivity and how to socialize with other people in different circumstances. Lectures about communication skills were very useful and helped in building confidence to talk in public.
