As part of AICTE Student Induction Program, two departments ; ‘Department of Management Studies’ and ‘Department of Cyber security and Applied Computing’ of St Teresa’s College(Autonomous) have begun PARINAMA: Nurture to Transform for the first year students from Bachelor of Management Studies (Honours)(International business) and BCA(Honours)(Cloud technology and information security management). It is a three week student induction program that is exclusively organized where in few informative sessions are scheduled. Dean of Self Financing Departments, Dr Kala M S, inaugurated the sessions .

Kochi City , along with sessions by academician , nutritionist , senior student , alumni, etc. Students will also be participating in FIELD visits where students “Find Interesting Experiences in Learning and Development” visiting local areas , to name a few programs and activities as per the instructed AICTE SIP guidelines. Yoga sessions are also conducted as part of this induction program.
