The Department of History of St Teresa’s college had organised a food documentary presentation to commemorate World Food Day on  25th October 2023. The event was named; PALATES OF THE PAST – UNRAVELLING THE CULINARY CHRONICLES.

The objective of the event was to trace the historical journey of food and culinary traditions of Kerala in particular. The documentary was developed by the Post Graduate students of History Department.
