The Department of Zoology and Bhoomithrasena club jointly organized a photography competition, for the Students on the theme ‘Homestead animal diversity’. The Competition was open to all the students of St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. Contestants were advised to submit photographs of pets, birds, fishes, frog, worms, beetles, butterflies, moths etc. taken during the lockdown period. All the Participants were provided with the Certificate of participation. Miss Adeline Joseph of III DC Zoology, Miss Achu Oommen of II PG Zoology and Miss Shabnam Farisha II PG Zoology of bagged the First and Second and Third prizes respectively. Cash prizes were also awarded for the First three positions.
